Casa Balo Home for Endangered Girls is a three room apartment on the first floor of a building on GT road in Pilkhana, Howrah, near the Karbala Mosque and a five minute walk from the school.
In 2016, when classes moved out of the Balo owned apartment, we had the needed space to open a compassionate and loving home for our girls most in need. Through the love and care of the Balo community and Marzina, the house mother, the girls are thriving. They live peacefully in the calm and joyful space which they call home. The home is registered with the government, and all of the young girls have proper and official papers signed by a parent or guardian allowing them to live there.
